কিভাবে অনুরোধ করবেন

নিবন্ধিত ইমেইল থেকে লিখুন: অনুরোধটি অবশ্যই সেই ইমেইল ঠিকানা থেকে পাঠাতে হবে যা আপনি আমাদের সাইটে রেজিস্ট্রেশন বা অ্যাকাউন্ট খোলার সময় ব্যবহার করেছেন। অন্য কোনো ইমেইল থেকে পাঠালে আমরা দাবিটি যাচাই করতে পারব না।
ইমেইলের বিষয় (Subject): Subject লাইনে ঠিক এভাবে লিখুন — Data deletion (ইংরেজিতে, বড় হাতের অক্ষর নয় এমনও চলবে যদি অর্থ একই হয়)।
চিঠির ভেতরে: আপনার পূর্ণ নাম, রেজিস্টার্ড ইমেইল (যদি Subject-এর সাথে মিলাতে হয়) এবং কী ডাটা/অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলতে চান তা সংক্ষেপে লিখুন।

যাচাই ও প্রক্রিয়া

আমরা আপনার অনুরোধ এবং ইমেইল মালিকানা যাচাই করব। প্রয়োজনে অতিরিক্ত তথ্য চাইতে পারি। যাচাই সফল না হলে ডাটা মুছে ফেলা হয় না। কিছু তথ্য আইন, কর বা অর্ডার রেকর্ডের জন্য সীমিত সময়ের জন্য ধরে রাখা হতে পারে।

সময়সীমা

অনুরোধ যাচাইয়ের পর ডাটা ও অ্যাকাউন্ট সম্পূর্ণ বা আংশিক মুছে ফেলা সর্বোচ্চ ৯০ (নব্বই) ক্যালেন্ডার দিনের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন হতে পারে। জটিল মামলা বা আইনি প্রয়োজনে সময় আরও বাড়তে পারে—সে ক্ষেত্রে আমরা জানাব।

How to request deletion

Email from your registered address: You must send the request from the same email address you used to register or create your account on our site. We cannot verify or complete a deletion request sent from a different email.
Subject line: Use exactly — Data deletion
In the message: Include your full name, confirm the registered email if needed, and briefly state what you want removed (e.g. entire account and profile data).

Verification and processing

We will verify your request and ownership of the email. We may ask for additional information. If verification fails, we will not delete data on that request. Some information may need to be retained for legal, tax, or order-record reasons for a required period.

Timeline

After verification, deletion of your data and account (in whole or in part) may take up to 90 (ninety) calendar days. Complex cases or legal requirements may take longer—we will inform you if that applies.
